If you want to do a job, then you can get a job in IT field with BCA degree. If you want to learn more, then you can pursue MBA. You can do MBA through distance mode or after getting 1 year of work experience, you can pursue E-MBA as it will help you to boost your career.

I am not sure about Manipal University but software that are used for data analytics include R, SAS, and python. R is very easy to learn and you can get it for free. It also has a good supportive community.

I always follow one rule if the job is paying well and you are having fun doing it continue with the job and enroll in any part-time institute to do any course so you keep upgrading. If the job is not making you happy then work on changing the job but never leave it. But keep doing part time courses and keep upgrading.
