You need to grab the current dump and do lots of practice. You need to make your base and logics strong enough because all CCNA questions are based on practical and logics.

If you had Maths in class XII board you may evaluate doing MCA to become a software engineer. If you did not have Maths in class XII you may do MBA with specialisation in IT. With MBA IT you will be able to get good job in sales and marketing, account management, pre sales support and business analyst, etc. With MBA you can also get job in HR, Finance, Admin, etc. functions in IT companies.

After BCA, if you are interested in IT field, then you should go for MCA.

Yes, if you have mathematics as a subject in B.Sc, then you are eligible for MCA.

IIT and NIT do not offer undergraduate engineering degree course on embedded systems. All electronics and CSE graduates have embedded systems paper/subject in their syllabus. IITs are the best institutes for pursuing M.Tech embedded systems. IIT - Delhi is the best option for the subject.
