Since you are from BCA background MCA is preferable. MBA is quite different from BCA terms. It's up to your interest then.

It depends if you have work experience or not. If yes, then it could be around $50,000 a year. Otherwise your salary will be a lot lower or you might have to go for unpaid internship first to gain some work knowledge.

All the three are entirely different. First, decide whether you want to go into technology / programming side or design / creative side. Suppose you are keen in a career which uses creativity/design etc. then cloud computing should not be chosen. Next, check whether you want to get into corporate level employment or studio based film environment. Accordingly, you should choose either web or VFX as your field.
