If you do not want to pursue degree, you may evaluate doing certifications such as SAP, CISCO, DBA, Java etc depending on your area of interest. Without degree you may face challenges in your IT career growth. You are advised to revisit your decision of not doing IT graduation degree.

MCA & MBA are both really good options. However, as far as salary is concerned, you are tend to get higher salary if you're an MBA. Well, that also depends upon the institution/college you complete your MBA from. But, I think this is something you should decide on the basis of your interests and not just seeing the amount of salary. If you're interested in technical stuff and have the similar background, you better go for MCA than MBA.

MCA is Master of Computer Application and MBA stands for Master of Business Administration. There is a huge difference between both these two courses. As long as I know, MCA is all about computer programming and technological stuff. On the other hand, MBA is about management & business which offers various specialisation fields like marketing, finance, HR, PR, etc.

As per current process on website, there is no restriction on applying for MCA under different categories. CET code for lateral entry is 163 and for regular MCA CET code is 105. You may have to apply for both CET separately and also appear for separate entrance examinations. However, one query to admission office of GGSIPU will provide exact clarification.
