Candidates with 60% marks (6.5/10 CGPA) in Bachelors degree of full time 3 years duration from a recognized university with mathematics / statistics / business mathematics as one of the subjects in any one semester/year, both in graduation and at class 12th are eligible.

I would say it's yet to gain momentum. It would be easier to explain if the question has specialisations in robotics. Robotics has several aspects: mechanics, motor controls, sensors and actuators, vision, computing, and intelligence.
