Hyderabad is better option than Pune in following ways-
1. Cost of living is less as Pune is very costly.
2. Food is very good and is a necessary requirement.
3. Technically better than Pune and has more opportunities.
4. Being close to Bangalore and Chennai, it provides you better chance of a job.
5. More competition better results.

I am of the opinion that DBA certification be done after few years of software development experience. You may have difficulty to start career after DBA certifications without experience.

Syllabus of BCA and B.Sc IT is similar up to 80 to 90% in various universities. Courses on Computer languages, data structure, databases, and networking etc are common. BCA degree course program is primarily focused on in the field of Computer Applications, whereas B.Sc IT degree program primarily focused on subjects with more mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing rather than emphasizing specific technologies. Market acceptance of BCA is little more in comparison to B.Sc IT.
