Unfortunately Cyber security is just a subject and you can do a course certified in cyber security. MBA is not required for the same and there are no such colleges for the same as well.

Majority of college's mandatory eligibility criteria for admission in BCA is maths at +2 stage. You can do BCA but your choices for colleges will be very limited.
