Prefer MCA for being safe and learn cloud computing and mobile application development as your interest. Diploma can cause you pain in terms of the Degree asking requirements in India.

You need to visit some of the best coaching institutes, there you should talk to them about what they can give and decide the best on the basis of your visit. I have also heard and read about Techmaster, you can also consider visiting it.

It sounds strange that you have lost your interest in it. But I hope you want to remain in technical filed being experienced in it. You must start building skills which can help you in growing in the same area. If you want to skip this stream, please mention about the other skills you have on the basis of which we can give you a better advise.

JNU does not offer MCA by distance learning. You may evaluate IGNOU for same.
