1. B.Tech CSE &get; specialized in IT by complete an certificate/diploma course on IT.
2. B.Sc CS &get; M.Sc CS &get; certificate/diploma on IT.
3.BCA &get; MCA.
4.B.Sc IT &get; M.Sc IT.
I always prefer 1st one that's mean B.Tech and then specialization in IT.
**mentioned certificate/diploma course only for specialization and to be more valuable. not mandatory.**

It will be an added advantage if you have am experience in the specific filed like Purchase, Production, Sales or Accounts etc so that you can easily grab the functionality of the respective SAP Module. Please read SAP Career and find out which module suites you.
