Since you are MCA qualified it is advisable for you to stick to your field and is required pursue MBA in system or IT. An MBA from a good institute will give you an option of joining a good IT/ ITES company and build a good career.
if at your MCA stage you get placement in a good company then you could also start working and then after some years pursue MBA options depending on your work area

Hello Satyam, yes you are eligible to study a Masters in Australia/UK/Canada with your 3-year degree. In Canada however, you must know that 6.5 IELTS is not enough for Masters. Also in Canada and New Zealand, as their Masters degrees are very research-focused, you must have 75%+ in your Bachelors. Hence in NZ & Canada students often choose the one-year PG Diploma degrees.
