yu can now do mba I.t but this course have long duration. but one course is there in computer institute named rhcsa course. It will be costlier and have4-5months duration. but scope is good in future. it is a course which is valid in 144 countries including us uk aus and Germany.
this course also come in top10 best it course in the world. search it on net and try it. it havr high scope also. in this course you will also learn cyber ethical hacking and system security.

yes you can do and if you have taken computer science as you optional subject then doing bca is best option.

You cannot do it in india but abroad some university allow you to go for double major so go for msc maths from IISC or IISER.
