If after doing BCA you are deciding to do MBA, i would suggest you to do it. WHY?BECAUSE
MBA-Master in Buisness Adminstration is good course and has a huge demand ithe world.There is lot of scope for student who has completed MBA.
MBA will help you to understand and manage the business and process effectively to reach the buiness goal within the short span of time.ALSO, if you have a BCA degree, you have good technical knoledge,which will help you to get job in big companies like Wipro or Infosys,or in other companies.
You would be more responsible in decision making, problem solving and handling teams effectively.

Hi Mrunal,
Am not sure that many universities would have a stand alone course on CAD. Most of them would have them as a big chunk of their Mechanical or Design courses. however, here is the list of top universities in Germany to start your search from
