Bca is preferable as it is professional degree course and it gives exposure to higher studies as well as job. although student should go for mca before entering the job. bcom is a degree course. student having passion for bcom should go for it along with CA. it is also a good option.

If you are an experienced IT professional MCA by distance education will not be a handicap. But if you are a fresher then it may create few challenges and HR may try to hire you at lower salary in comparison to full time MCA candidates.

The value of certificate you receive and the institute where your going to study in future will make difference, if you want to pursue in higher education and doubt in doing a job better to take B.tech or B.sc . i prefer B.tech. you have much options after it and good luck.
