After completing 12th in Computer Science, you may opt for degree courses such as
1) B.Sc in Computer Science / Information Technology : -
[ Eligibility : To pursue B.Sc, you need to score a minimum of 50% marks in 12th with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) from any recognized board. The admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. The cut off marks varies from year to year. ]
2) B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science engineering / Information Technology : -
[ Eligibility : To pursue B.E. / B.Tech, you need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%. Your age must be between 17-23 years. You need to appear in entrance exam. ]
3) BCA : -
[ Eligibility : To pursue BCA, you need to pass 12th standard with at least 50% in any stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. ]

-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For short term courses in software field you can learn programming languages.

Bachelors in Computer application (BCA) is one of the popular options to make a career in information technology. It is an undergraduate academic degree in computer application. The duration of this program is three years. It is equivalent with B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or Information technology.
After the successful completion of the program, a student should be able to get entry level job in the field of Information Technology or ITES. BCA graduates can also start their career as programmers and rise to that of senior programmers.
Software Development & Design in companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Wipro, Infosys etc. System Administrator in big corporate companies like Citibank, HLL, P & G etc.
