It is a difficult question to answer as both the topics are quite good in Canada and the top Universities also offer courses in Project Management and Supply Chain management. A good way to choose the course is by first knowing your career plans. Also keep your past education and work experience is mind while deciding.

Eligibility:
It is the basic required for the mentioned courses:

Please know that there is no BCA and MCA degree in Canada. You can either study BS Computer Science and MS Computer Science or related fields such as Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Networks etc.
For Bachelor degree you must give the TOEFL and SAT. SAT is optional and depends on the university. Admissions are done on the basis of your 10+2 grades and you must have high grades.
