Since you have done your graduation in computer application and have am interest in designing. I must say designing course comes with two category I.e. graphic designing and web designing.

Hi,
Salary is a function of various factors, i.e.:
(i) The institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary.
(ii) Your work experience, organization, and type of work profile, type of city, a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns.
(iv) Your current organization i.e. where you will be joining, an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations.
(v) Your work profile i.e. Manager/AVP, etc. Thus, one cannot allocate a figure.
We would suggest you to design a proper resume of your qualifications and experie

In India, tuition fees for BCA is quite low in almost all the colleges, it is in the range of $1500 to $3000 for three years course. Obviously, better colleges charge towards higher end.

Good to see that you have done RHCE and interested in AWS. The demand of AWS becomes high these days as it is easy to deploy and manage. Many companies are adopting AWS for their SAAS kind of application hosting.
Infact in the recent past, my company has adopted AWS as hosting platform with Workspace (VMs). Getting AWS certification will definitely help you for you career but you need to wait a little bit because the trend is being floated with slow pace.

First of all I must say there is a very good potential in networking and please ignore any negative suggestions are around you. I am confident of saying this because I have established my career followed by NETWORKING.
I have done CCNA and then CCNP and now I am holding a very good position in a MNC.
Believe me if you learn Networking or CCNA from a true training center or Institute or even an IT professional and your base is clear, there is a bright career prospect is waiting for you. I have been industry for 11 years and I am 100% sure about it.
