In IT industry most of the higher level jobs requires management skills along with technical skills to lead the team. With MBA you can reach this level within a short span of time and it will ease your job difficulty steadily.
But it is wise to take MBA after getting 1-2+ years of experience so that you will get better job profile and pay scale after completing MBA as compared to a fresher MBA graduate.
