Hi,
Cyber security is consisting of many IT areas i.e.
1. Network security.
2. Biometrics.
3. Forensic.
4. Mobile and web security.
5. SCADA.
6. Cloud security, etc.
Before jump off cyber security, I would suggest you that you need to understand basic networking and infrastructure. BCA is fine.
Are you looking for full time or distance learning?

As per my experience, you will not require SAP certification to do jobs in Business Development Sales, Recruitment kind of domains. A basic knowledge of excel is enough since your communication skills and overall personality play a vital role in such roles.
There is no such Good Job in the market. It depends on how your skill sets/area of interests match the job profile.

Studying abroad in programming/ animation/ design is great but you would need to understand their structure and how it works. If you're still searching you can look at studying for a job oriented diploma at a leading school in Canada. If you want advise on that, I can guide you and put you across the best schools with a scholarship if possible, but for that I'd need to mentor you to develop the right portfolio.
Some of the students I have guided are studying at Sheridan, VFS, Emily Carr, Oxford, Bournemoth, etc. and some with very good scholarships of course. VFS has a very good placement record in the top companies and
