No, WBJEE is not compulsory for admissions to BTech courses at Aliah University. The university accepts the relevant scores of WBJEE/ JEE Mains/ AUAT for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses. Moreover, candidates with relevant scores in any of the entrance examinations can enroll in the BTech course. Hence, WBJEE is not compulsory, but it is one of the accepted entrance exams for admissions to the BTech course at Aliah University.

Yes definitely students having their eductional backround in PCB in Class 11th and 12th can do B.Tech ECE course in Hyderabad, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. They may need to take additional mathematics courses or bridge programs to meet the requirements of the engineering programme because B.Tech programs, including ECE, require a strong foundation in mathematics.
