NSHM Durgapur WBJEE Cutoff 2024 was released for Round 2. The Cutoff was released for different categories under the AI quota. The most competitive course as per the cutoff was BTech in Data Science, with the cutoff rank of 87541, for the General AI category candidates. The least competitive course for the same was BTech in CSE, with the cutoff rank of 109845

Candidates can check the cutoff ranks for NSHM Durgapur for the General AI category candidates, for different courses offered at the college in the table below:

BIT Sindri offers four-year BTech course in 10 different specialisations. In addition, a lateral entry BTech course is also offered by the institute. The admission criteria is entrance-based for the UG-level programmes. Mentioned below are the offered BTech course specialisations:

Yes, BIT Sindri offer seat reservation in the BTech course to some of the category candidates. In order to avail a reserved seat, candidates have to submit a valid caste certificate or EWS certificate. The claims of reservation may be refunded if the submitted certificate is not valid or in proper format. Moreover, there are a total of 968 seats for BTech and BTech (lateral) at the institute. This seat count is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative. Also, the mentioned reservation details are as per multiple unofficial sources and hence, is indicative.

Yes, candidates can secure provisional admission to the BTech course at IIITM Gwalior. For provisional admission, candidates are required to appear and secure a valid score in JEE Mains. Then, register for JoSAA counselling. After the seat allotment process through JoSAA, candidates receive a seat allotment letter. At the time of reporting to the institute, candidates must present the original seat allotment letter along with other required documents for verification. Till the time, students have not verified their documents in the institute the admission, stands provisional. Once the documents are verified, the rest of the fee is paid

Yes, IIITM Gwalior offers a five-year integrated course in BTech+MTech. This course is offered in four different specialisations/types. To get admission into these integrated courses, candidates are required to qualify for JEE (Mains) followed by JoSSA/CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) counselling. Additionally, the placement statistics for this integrated course were good in the academic year 2024. Check out the list of integrated BTech courses below: 

  • Integrated BTech + M.Tech in Information Technology
  • Integrated BTech in Information Technology + MBA

It is tough to compare which institute is easier to get admission into for BTech courses among IIITM  Gwalior and IIIT Allahabad, because the BTech admission process for all IIITs is almost the same, in which candidates are required to complete their BTech/ Class 12 from recognised board of education, with a minimum of 75% and then candidates have to appear for the JEE Mains entrance examination, followed by JoSAA counselling.

Additionally, the number of BTech seats offered at IIITM Gwalior is 475, whereas at IIIT Allahabad it is 489. Moreover, candidates can compare the cutoff of that particular institute form here: IIITM Gwa

The institute offers a total number of 445 seats in the BTech course, from which IIITM Gwalior offers a maximum number of seats for BTech in CSE courses. The total number of seats offered to BTech in CSE specialisation is 75. Additionally, in the BTech + M.Tech integrated course, the institute offers a maximum number of seats in BTech + M.Tech in information Technology specialisation i.e., 90.
