No, you cannot get admission to the B.E. / B.Tech course at Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS) without a valid Andhra Pradesh EAMCET score. Admission to the B.Tech programs is strictly based on one's performance in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam that is being conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. A candidate has to qualify in this entrance examination to be eligible for counselling and seat allotment at MITS. Hence, qualifying in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET is a prerequisite qualification to get admission into B.E. / B.Tech courses at MITS.

The selection process for BSAITM will be made based on entrance examination JEE Main and LEET score. Final admission to B.Tech at BS Anangpuria Institute of Technology & Management will be given based on the institute's cut-off, followed by the counseling process.
For candidates who meet the admission criteria, the remaining 25% of admissions in both courses are filled through institute-level counseling.

It is possible to take direct admission into Velammal Engineering College to join the B.E./ B.Tech programme without TNEA. However, entry through the management quota comes with its own administrative form. You would have to fulfil the requirements that the college lays down for students under the management quota The fee structure for the seats under management quota is also slightly steeper and vary in a range of Rs 2.5 Lacs to Rs 3 Lacs per annum.

The admission procedure followed at Jayamatha Engineering College in the B.E. / B.Tech courses depends strictly on their ranking in TNEA counseling. It is an entrance-based course, and the students should have a minimum 50 % aggregate in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, mathematics. With a view to admission, the college follows TNEA ranks, whereas the conceded seats depends on the government norms. There is no need to take the entrance exam for separately.
