PGT Is Post Graduate Teacher designation and requires a Post Graduation plus Eligibility Test Qualified. CTET shall be needed to be a PGT and B.Ed shall also be a need.

If you plan to go further for teaching job to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Tibetan Schools, etc. ). Then you need to appear for any of the teaching exam.

Yes, you can appear for CTET. The eligibility criteria for Paper I for class I to V, you must be passed senior secondary with 50% marks and done Diploma in elementary education. For Paper II, a candidate must have done Bachelor's degree with 50% mark and Bachelor of Education passed or appearing.

A correct response will gain 1 mark whereas there is no negative marking for an incorrect response. Regards.

No, I think you are not eligible for CTET because they don't consider any institute's this kind of certificate. They consider B.Ed, D.El.Ed, B.el.ed for CTET exam.
