Hi, The syllabus of UPTET and CTET is not same. And exam pattern is totally different. Good luck for your exam.

It will totally depend on government's notification. Although, in every 6 months, it is conducted. It means twice a year.

As you pursued Masters in Chemistry subject, if you want to become a lecturer then apply for CSIR NET Exam. The CSIR NET Exam is conducted to select the deserving candidates for the post of Assistant Professor. Candidates are also awarded for Junior Research Fellowship through this exam.
