So, here's my suggestion in order to choose a college from which you can accomodate your time, it's better if you do a full fledged UG course for music and while spending time in the UG course start preparing for cuet pg. You can also take political Science as a minor in your UG course to give you a better understanding of the subject.

Hope this Helps!

Yes, you could get into Lucknow University with 75% in class 12th, provided you clear the CUET-PG examination conducted by the university itself, as there are certain eligibility criteria for appearing for the examination, so that the quality of postgraduate education is maintained. For admissions to PG course specialisations offered by the university, your class 12th marks wouldn't be considered; those only qualify you to be able to sit for the examination. Your admission is based on your performance in CUET-PG, and if you clear the cutoff released by the university, for different categories and rounds.

Yes, you can apply for the CUET PG exam even if you're in the final year of your bachelor's degree!
You just need to make sure that you complete your degree and have your final results by the time of admission (after the CUET PG results are declared).

Most universities allow provisional admission if you clear CUET but are awaiting your final marks.

Allahabad University offers PG courses via CUET PG exam. Talking about the cutoffs, the Allahabad University has released a cutoff ranging between 28 and 220 for the General AI category candidates. Wherein, MA in Vocal was the easiest course to secure at a cutoff score of 28 and MPA in Sitar was the toughest for the candidates belonging to General AI category.
