Yes, you need to provide the CUET UG exam for admission to B.Sc. Chemistry in most valuable and popular universities.

Your marks in subjects like Chemistry, Physics, and Maths in CUET are used for choice.

Without CUET, you can no longer get admission in such colleges.

The CUET UG 2025 city intimation slip released on May 7, 2025.

It tells you the examination town, not the precise centre.

The admit card with complete information comes 4 days earlier than the examination. You can log in to the CUET website to download both the town slip and admit card.

The CUET exam has a fixed pattern, divided into 3 sections: Reasoning & Aptitude, Current Affairs, and Subject-specific. So, the Reasoning & Aptitude and Current Affairs parts will be the same for every candidate.

For the subject-specific domain, you'll need to prepare from your Class 12 NCERT syllabus because the CUET syllabus is majorly based on it. For the BA in English, this exam will probably test your Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, and Language Skills.
Best of Luck!

One needs to secure an entry into B.A. (Hons.) In Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) of the 2025- 26 academic year, in general, you will be able to get admission by only giving their own entrance exam. The acceptance of the CUET score is subject to the basis of accepting the specific UG courses on offer. Jamia Millia Islamia has its own admissions policy; though being CUET-admissible to some specific UG courses, many programs, e.g. B.A. (Hons.), are non-CUET eligible in JMI. Nepalis, are also taken in open under JMI entrance test. You must have passed 10+2 with 50 per cent and more. Make sure you refer to the official JMI admission prospectus

To get the best B.Tech jobs through the CUET, the top choices are Central Universities such as the Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) and Banaras Hindu University (BHU) which offer good packages (JMI to 25+ LPA, BHU to 40 LPA in the best branches). Good placements can be claimed by Amity University Noida, Lovely Professional University (LPU), UPES Dehradun and Galgotias University among the private universities that accept CUET as well. Another competitive option is Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) located in Delhi. A specific branch-wise placement data should always be checked on respective university websites.
