ICAR CUET UG scores are compulsory for admission to BTech courses at Central Agricultural University. However, all seven North Eastern States under the jurisdiction of CAU (Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura) are allowed to get admitted to CAU Imphal.
Candidates can approach the respective state departments of Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry for state Nomination.

As per the data available on the internet about the cutoffs and the ranks as per the merit list, the minimum cutoff or considered as a safe score for doing B.Sc in Biotechnology is about 367/600 in the CUET exam. It requires about 640+ out of 800 for B.Sc in Mathematics, if you want to enquire more about any particular college as per their cutoffs, you can check their sites as well the sites adn the data cuet provides.

If you are unable to prepare for CUET exam and you are very serious about getting into good colleges and universities then you can take a drop year and prepare for CUET exam for next year or else you can give any other entrance exam required for admission to your desired college. If both the options are not fitting right for you then you have to take admission to those colleges who accepts direct admission based on 12th score.
