Candidates should have 55% (General category) aggregate marks in their Bachelors and 50% (for all reserved categories). If at any point there are any discrepancies or misinformation found or discovered by the University, the University reserves the right to cancel their admission/application.

I don't think so the CUET cut-off percentiles for B.Sc courses at top colleges like Ramanujan College are generally in the range of 97.5-98.5 for the general category, which is much higher than 75 percentile.

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc at Ramanujan College include the following:
  • Candidates should have passed 10+2 examinations with at least 45% marks in aggregate
  • For B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics, specific subject requirements may apply, such as mathematics and other related subjects.
  • Admission is subject to the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
  • The college reserves more than 70% of

Yes, Ramanujan College accepts CUET scores for admission to its undergraduate programs. Admission to UG courses will be based on CUET UG scores followed by Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) . Candidates who appeared for the CUET UG examinations are also required to register on the CSAS. The CSAS seat allotment process includes three phases, and the seat allocation is based on multiple factors such as CUET scores, the combination of college and programme chosen, the position of the candidate on the merit list, category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/UR) of the candidate, and availability of seats.

No, SRM IST does not accept CUET score for admission to any of its UG & PG courses. The university conducts its in-house entrance exam for BTech and MTech, i.e., SRM JEE. Further, for admission to MBA course, the university accepts scores of national-level entrance exams such as GMAT, CAT, MAT, TANCE, etc. SRM University also offers direct admission to courses such as BA, MSc, etc., based on the merit of last qualifying exams of previous education.

No, it is very difficult to get admission in this college because you need to have at least more than 80% to get a good branch but if you belong to some category, then you can definitely get admission below 65% also. You can get B.Sc instrumentation above on 74% also but you can get B.Sc in electronics on 69% to 66% if you are belonging to OBC/SC/ST category. So, be on the safer side and get above 80% percentile of marks and get admission in this colleges.

All students who have passed the Plus Two Examination or its equivalent are eligible to apply. If your board is other than that of the Tamil Nadu HSE, CBSE and ICSC, you should obtain an eligibility certificate from the University of Madras. The admission process is strictly based on the merit of the students in the qualifying examination/entrance examination. For BA English and BVA courses at the UG level and for all courses at the PG level, there will be an entrance examination conducted by the Stella Maris College admission team.
