It depends on the college you are applying to. You must check the central university websites you are thinking to apply to, UGQP1 and UGQP2 are different for different courses in different universities. Some universities may also require you to fill up counselling forms.

Candidates meet the eligibility criteria for UG courses if they have cleared 10+2 with the minimum prescribed percentage from a recognised board. Candidates are eligible for PG course admissions if they possess graduation certificate with the minimum prescribed percentage from a recognised universit

The tentative dates of CUCET 2018 examination are as follows:
1) Online Registration will start in the 2nd week of March.
2) The last date for online registration is 3rd week of April.

NCERT syllabus for all the courses, it's for medical students who want to take admission in MBBS and related courses such as pharmacy and all. However, CUCET doesn't really depend on NCERT alone.
