No, class 12th marks are not considered for preparing the rank list. Class 12th marks are just for eligibility and you need at least 50% marks in class 12th.

You cannot register for the course now. The forms are down because the exams are already done for this year. The exams for CUCET are conducted in the month of May 25 and 26 2019.
