CUSAT CAT

There is no age limit to apply for the CUSAT CAT exam.

Candidates who wish to appear for the CUSAT CAT BTech exam must have passed thier class 12th exams with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. They should also obtain a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics together. Kerala SC and ST candidates do not have any minimum percentage requirement however, they must has qualified their class 12th exam.

The CUSAT CAT application fee is Rs.1500 and for Kerala SC (KSC)/ Kerala ST (KST) Rs. 700 for a maximum of 2 test codes. For each additional test code, candidates have to pay Rs. 500 for general candidates Rs. 250 for KSC/KST candidates.

To apply for CUSAT CAT, candidates have to visit the website, admissions.cusat.ac.in. Applicants have to complete registration, filling of form and fee payment.

The CUSAT CAT registration 2026 will commence in January 2026. Candidates will be able to fill out the CUSAT CAT application form on the website, admissions.cusat.ac.in.

The CUSAT CAT result is released a few days after the exam. The authority will prepare the CUSAT CAT result based on the final answer key.

The CUSAT CAT result will be declared as a rank card which will contain candidate's name, roll number, rank, category and more.

The authority will declare the CUSAT CAT result in online mode on the website, admissions.cusat.ac.in

Admission to B.Tech Marine Engineering at CUSAT is done based on a rank list prepared on the IMU CET scores. Candidates must appear and secure a rank in the IMU CET exam and apply for admission at the time of counselling.

The authority will conduct the CUSAT CAT counselling in online mode. However, shortlisted candidates have to report to the allotted college for document verification.
