Networking fundamentals
Familiarity with multiple versions of Windows
Familiarity with Linux is not necessary but recommended

Do not get confused.
All are one and the same thing but you have segregated the subject in parts and getting confused.
Engineering degree with the field CSIT i.e. computer science and information technology is called computer engineering.

If you fulfill the eligibility criteria of the specific institute you may complete further admission formalities.
