Cyber Security/IT Security

Cyber Crime is the major threat to business enterprises and government entities. As per KPMG report, most of the top 500 business enterprises have reported information security breach in year 2015. There are two types of cyber security experts:
1. Computing resources cyber security experts.
2. Information security analysts.
Computer resources security experts maintain computer and network security and update security programs as necessary. Information security analysts develop an organization's computer security standards. They install software programs to protect information stored on computers, and monitor computer networks for security breaches.
Graduation degrees such as B.Tech CSE/ IT, BCA + MCA or B.Sc CS are mandatory qualifications for career in cyber security. You are advised to choose any of above mentioned degree for career in cyber security.
The most of information security analysts grow from computer or networking administration jobs. In addition to basic education training courses leading to ISACA certifications e.g. CISA, CISM CISCO, etc. certifications will be helpful for long term career as cyber expert.
The CISA certification is world-renowned as the standard of achievement for those who audit, control, monitor and assess an organizations information technology and business systems. The management-focused CISM is the globally accepted standard for individuals who design, build and manage enterprise information security programs.
