It not possible for you to do BA Hindi honors after completing MA in Sanskrit, as I guess you age is above 21 years which is age limit at the time of form filling.

I don't know where will you get the exam center, yes but when you fill the form there is a options that in which zone do you live, then they will provide you center according to your zone which is near by your house.
