Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) is a one year Diploma course in the field of computer applications. It can be pursued both, after completing 10 + 2 and post-graduation.
It studies various computer applications like MS Office, Internet applications, Operating System, Database Management System, HTML among other subjects.

DCA will include only Diploma in Computer Application, you will get to learn about MS office package, details about computer generations and basic Internet knowledge and little more.
O LEVEL: It is best I can say, 1 year course but good knowledge of overall computer concepts + Detail insight of Internet knowledge + Include WEB designing + Introduction to Programming Language.
So, it is not same but have some similarities.
