Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST) was founded by the Haryana State Legislature Act No. 29 of 2006 and is recognised under 12 (B) of the UGC Act, 1956. Came into existence in 2006, the University was formerly known as Chhotu Ram State College of Engineering, (1987-2006).
