International students applying for TU Delft courses taught in English are required to prove proficiency in the English language. Check below the English language requirements for international students

For UG

  • TOEFL iBT with an overall band score of at least 90
  • IELTS (academic version) with an overall band score of at least 6.5
  • Cambridge Assessment English: at least a C1 Advanced

For PG

  • TOEFL iBT with an overall band score of at least 100 and a minimum score of 22 for each section

To get into TU Delft students must meet the minimum eligibility. The admission requirements for international students will depend on the type of course, level of study and their country of origin. The admission requirements for international students including Indian students at Delft University of Technology are listed below:

  • A standard XII (academic stream) by CBSE or CISCE for a bachelor's degree
  • A undergraduate degree with a CGPA of at least 75% for a master's degree
  • GPA or aggregate score: 75% in top 5 subjects each

English language proficiency:

TOEFL iBT – at least 90

IELTS – at least 6.5

 Check below steps to apply for admission at TU Delft mentioned below-

Step 1: Students may submit one application per year

Step 2: You need to pay nonrefundable application fee of EUR 100 (INR 8,906) for  master's programme

Step 3: Submit  required documents by the deadline

Note: If you were admitted last year and would like to re-apply then  create fresh application
