Indian students are allowed to work upto 16 hours per week in Netherlands during the term. During term breaks, students are allowed to work full-time. Students will need a valid work-permit for the same.

No, learning Dutch is not mandatory to study at Delft Uni of Technology. Students can choose one of the English-taught courses. However, for a better student life in Netherlands, learning Dutch is advised.

Rent prices range between EUR 500 and EUR 1,300 (INR 54.8 K and INR 1.42 Lakhs) per month for Indian students in Netherlands. Some rent prices are all-in (includes the costs of utilities and other taxes).

US News and World Report is known to be a recognised leader in graduate school and college and other rankings as well. University ranks at #191 and has declined.

Yes TU Delft rankings are available for TU Delft. As per QS Delft has ranked #47 in the year 2026.

This is improvement of two spots from what it was in 2025. For the last three-year trend, there is a fluctuation in its ranking.

TU Delft recommends that during your internship make a good impression by arriving on time, showing enthusiasm and demostrate flexiblity and commitment. Also ensure that you keep your internship supervisor/internship lecturer informed of your progress. Create an outline at the beginning of your internship if your faculty required an internship report. Lastly take notes during your internship that you can use for your final report

TU Delft recommends following these steps to find an internship mentioned below- 

  • Decide which sectory, industry or research institute you want to intern and what subject as well
  • Discuss with the internship coordinator of your faculty
  • Tailor your CV and cover letter to a specific company
  • Attend company days and tours and ask around for internship experience of others
  • Discuss with your lecturer and internship office of faculty
  • Check jobboards
