NLU Delhi conducts its own entrance exam for admission to the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET). It offers admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs.

The AILET application form is released in online mode on nationallawuniversitydelhi. in. The application fee for general people is INR 3,500, for PwD its INR 1,500, for SC/ST INR 1,500 and those who are below the poverty line (BPL) are exempt from paying the application fee that is they don't have to pay any application fee to appear in the exam. 

The exam mode of AILED is offline. The duration of this exam is 1hour 30minutes.

The eligibility criteria for Diploma courses in NLU is:

The candidates should have graduated from any courses like law, engineering, and Management Graduates even from C. A, Company Secretary is eligible for the Diploma course.

It is an online distance programme so there are no seat limits. All applicants who meet the selection criteria are eligible and get admission to this university.

NLU Delhi provides various scholarships for different criteria  some of which are:

  • Merit scholarship for SC/STs OBC or Minorities students whose family income is less than 2 Lakhs per annum.  And for this proof is also required in the form of self-declaration ( in the prescribed format).
  • Another one for SC students by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India with less than total family Income of 8 Lakhs per annum.
  • For SC and OC students who are studying class 11th to Ph.D. a merit scholarship.

The University is offering three and four year BFA courses to students at the UG level. The total fees for BFA course is 55,500. Candidates for the BFA course shall full fill the criteria of 50% or higher marks in 10+2.  The Delhi College of Art also offers a two year MFA programme at the PG level. A total fee of INR 38,320 to INR 52,400 is charged for BA . A total amount of INR 46,600 shall be charged for the Master of Fine Arts at the College of Arts Delhi.
