It depends upon college to college if you want to do B.Com from DU-SOL then you don't have to appear for entrance exam but to you want to go regular classes then you need to give entrance for getting admission in Delhi university.

No, you cannot take admission simultaneously in two different courses or the same course in different colleges.

Yes, DU offers admission to foreign studenst. One can refer Dubforeign registry guidelines for more information. Yes, DU also has distance learning centre.
