Shyam Lal College, Delhi is a good institute but not exceptional, if its prospects are compared with various other colleges. However, the economics department alone can be a good choice if you are opting for Shyam Lal College. Now, the faculty members are good but it is essential that you study as per your pace and competence, without depending upon the professors. Shyam Lal College can be a good choice only if you are devoid of any other options to go for. Yes from 2021 onwards, DU will have its own DUCET Entrance test. If you scored well there you will get into your desired college.

Register using the online application process within the specified time period whenever DU announces its dates for registration Complete the application form, upload all the relevant documents like 10th, 12th Marksheets, your preference of colleges, Entrance tests that you want to give, make payment & Submit the form. Done!

Their General Category (Profile Based) cut-off for the call is around 81 Percentile. You can try for other Good B schools like BIMTECH, BIM Trichy, which may give you a call at this percentile.
