Yes, you can apply for Masters in psychology. They require a graduate degree. Many of my known were doing Bachelor's in other field and did their MA psychology. You can try for clinical psychology also. One of my friends got recruited in AIIMS as psychiatrist after doing MA in clinical psychology.

For applying to B.Sc nursing in Delhi. You have to give entrance conducted by NTA .whose forms are out in june. For DU. Also you can apply for aided colleges to do B.Sc. Nursing. Jamia humdard gives seat on merit basis and NEET results. Many colleges consider NEET marks All the best.

If you belong to OBC or General Category then you wouldn't get admission in Delhi University but if you belong to SC or ST then you can get admission in any Delhi University college, If you are neither SC nor ST then forget to get admission in Delhi University. You can enroll in distance learning universities for your bachelor program, There are several distance learning universities available on the globe, In India you can there are approx 104 distance learning universities some of the names are:-
Amity Distance University
Annamalai Distance University
Suresh Gyan Vihar Distance University
Jagannath Distance University
