Hi Priyanka,
The cutoff of Delhi University goes high every year. Your score in class 12th board is low, so very low chances are there. However, you should apply for DU and wait for the last round's cutoff. If you are lucky enough, then you may get a seat in DU.

Yes, you can apply for KVPY has a specific cutoff that varies every year depending on the paper. However if you score 55-60 in the paper. You are sure to qualify in SA stream. Try to get an intern every summer (maybe a couple of winters). Mail a good professor in your area of interest and state you are a KVPY scholar. You will get a response. Going through those internships will help you expand your horizons immensely (and I cannot stress this enough). Every college has different placement cell and if you get admission in north campus college then the placement is very good, but in south campus colleges, the placement cell does not work actively. So, it varies college from college.
