Honestly, there is no chance because cut-off of Delhi University is quite high. So, this percentage is a very low.

You can continue with CA coaching as there is most of the syllabus of B.Com is same as CA. It will become easy to become a CA. But you have to go for correspondence B.Com which is offered by SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING (SOL) DU.

There are many courses available in DU including various honours courses, BBA, BCA, B.Com, etc. The admission is based on your score in class 12th board. You can apply for DU online through its official website.

Yes, you can get admission in Delhi University for commerce stream without mathematics also. The basic mathematics is required in this course which will be taught in the classroom. Don't worry.
