For admission in BFA you need to score well in 10+2 .Candidates seeking admission to Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree should have passed 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board of education. It is merit based.

No, it is not compulsory. Delhi University conducts it's own entrance exam to pursue M.Sc Physics.

Yes, the affiliated colleges have low fees as compared to private. For example in Delhi, if you want to do B.Pharma course. Dipsar was affiliated to DU. It has fees of INR. 40000 a year. And, if you do same from Jamia Humdard University. Fees is much higher. It's about INR. 72000 per semester.
