Sorry, you are just short by 13 marks in mathematics to get admission in DU. Otherwise you have scored decent marks in the rest of the subjects and would have easily made through the admission procedure. I think you should take a chance and apply for revaluation in Maths and hope for the best.

No, firstly you have to clear your compartment paper then only you are eligible to take admission in DU colleges.

Delhi University B.Tech Admission Eligibility Criteria
To get Delhi University B.Tech Admission, the candidates have to pass their 10+2 level from a recognised board. The minimum aggregate marks are as given below (category wise):
General Category: 60 % in four subjects (including Mathematics)
OBC category: 54% in four subjects (including Mathematics)
PH category: 55% in four subjects (including Mathematics)
SC/ST category: Passing marks with Mathematics as one the subjects

First of all, go through the Delhi University brochure. You will have to fill up the form which released by DU online and make a payment of 250 rupees then cut-off will be released by DU for different courses. Check out the last year's cut-off for different courses which are offered by DU. So, that you can get an idea.

Your class 12th percentage is very low. So you can't pursue any course from DU. You must visit private colleges websites and maybe you can get admission in a good college.
