Hi Anjali,
There are 2 modes of admission-Merit or Direct and Entrance exam.
1. Candidates who have not graduated from University of Delhi, have to apply through Entrance mode.
2. Candidates who have graduated from the University of Delhi can choose to apply through Merit mode or Merit + Entrance mode or Entrance the only mode (must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in graduation to apply through Merit mode or Merit + Entrance mode).

Job Opportunities in India after doing MS in US differs from person to person. It depends on many parameters.

But, don't expect that you will be paid heavily, you will still be paid with Indian standards only. You can pursue Masters in psychology, sociology, the liberal option you take during B. El. Ed which is basically a theory subject, like you can go for political Science, or else you can definitely go for M. Ed
