After admission confirmation, selected candidates are initially given provisional admission at Army college of Dental Sciences. They are required to submit the following in original and 05 sets of photocopies at the time of joining the college:

·       Proof of registration with KNR UHS (Management Quota B Category)

·       Provisional allotment letter issued by KNRUHS.

·       Hall ticket and Rank/Merit card of NEET UG/PG

·       (f) Mark sheet of passing the Class 12 CBSE/equivalent qualifying examination.

·       School / Institute leaving certificate (after qualifying in 10+2 equivalent examination) (Transfer certificate).

·       Character and Conduct certificate.

·       Proof of eligible category (Certificate as applicable from 1 to 4) of ACDS BDS Prospectus - 2025.

For first year BDS students at Army College of Dental Sciences, the total annual fee including tuition, hostel and refundable security deposit amounts to about INR 5.05 lakh. An amount of INR 1200/- PM is paid every month to students as stipend during their period of internship. For civilian candidates, present tuition fee is Rs 45,000/- PM. For the total fee of second to fourth year, students are notified before the commencement of next academic year.

For first year MDS students the total annual fee including tuition, hostel and refundable security deposit amounts to about INR 6.2 lakh. An amount of INR 2500/- PM is paid every month to students as stipend during their period of internship. For the total fee of second & third year, students are notified before the commencement of next academic year.

Selected students are initially given provisional admission at Army College of Dental Sciences. The documents required at the time of joining MDS at Army college of Dental Sciences, after admission confirmation:

• Provisional allotment letter issued by KNRUHS.
• NEET MDS-2025 hall ticket, and Rank card.
• All memorandum of marks from First BDS to Final BDS.
• Registration Certificate from the respective State Dental Council.
• Internship certificate/Experience certificate.
• Original and provisional BDS certificate.
• Conduct and character certificate of the college from which the student has graduated.
• Study certificate of BDS course.
• Medical certificate – Certificate 4 of ACDS MDS Prospectus-2025. 
• Migration Certificate & Transfer Certificate.

Affiliated with the Telangana State Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, Army College of Dental Sciences boasts excellent and experienced faculty along with a mandatory one year internship programme for final year MDS orthodontics students. The mandatory internship gives the students critical field experience that is required for any aspiring doctor. With a meagre seat intake of 3 in MDS Orthdontics, the admission into the college is highly competitive and selective. The high competition ensures that only the top students get admitted to the course, hence, providing a rigorous environment for students. While, there are no direct placements from the college, students do get placed in the Army.
