In general, dentists are not eligible for a postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in dermatology. This is because dermatology is a medical specialty that requires the practitioner to have completed a medical degree MBBS and a postgraduate degree in dermatology (MD/DNB) to practice as a dermatologist.

Average fees is INR 2533 per year at Jayaraj Annapackiam College for Women for Diploma in Beauty Culture and Skin Care.
FEE STRUCTURE. Semester Fees shall be paid without fine within 10 working days and with fine within 30 days from the date of reopening of each semester.
