A fresher can start anything between 3.5 Lacs to 8.5 Lacs per annum and with experience the package can raise up to 24 Lacs per annum. Apart from the automobile manufacturing industry, an automotive designer can also seek employment in multimedia movie production and ad development team for designing various sports and hi-tech car models used in most of the movies today. Since the total fee structure is really high for even a high-middle class student, most students try to go for government colleges.
