All the NIFTs are good. However, I think Delhi and Mumbai's NIFT have more exposure to the real industry and its people. Placements are good in all even if it's from a small city.

Hi,
There are many colleges offering UG Graphic Designing courses.
The top ones are mainly - NID, NIFT, Delhi College of Art and Banaras Hindu University. There are many other private ones equally good.

Yes of course, you can attempt once again in the second phase. The scholarship amount depends on your score. Also, the scholarship amount keeps on changing with the phase in which you take admission, so it isn't likely to remain same. All the best.
