Hi,
It depends on your interest. BCA opens job offers in the Computer and IT field. I would suggest you to do a foundation certificate course in designing along with BCA. It could feel like pressure doing both but at least it gives you time and opportunity to figure out what suits you best. Later, you can do a job in IT and also work as a freelancer as a designer. If one of it becomes very well suited, pursue that itself as a full time career.

Hello Avinash,
The minimum educational qualification for getting admission in this course is 12th or its equivalent. You have already done HSC meaning class 12th, so you are eligible for admission. However the admissions are based on an entrance exam called UCEED. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this entrance exam as well as different IIT's and Institutions which accept this entrance exam scores for giving admission to their respective B.Des courses. Remember JEE mains or JEE advanced are not the qualifying exams or the entrance exams for this course.

NID has it's own entrance exam. It is mainly time bound, general knowledge and common sense. There are some sample papers available on the site.

Make sure, when you are going for situation test you must carry:
Call letter of situation test and admit card of written examination. Carry a good pair of scissors (sharp). Your scissors should be big one. Do not carry too small scissor. Paper cutter (with sharp blade) or craft knife
Cello tape (Should be wide 1520 mm and has good adhesive. Prefer Scotch magic tape. )
Carry blue/black dot pen and gel pen. Fevicol (do not carry any cheap glue as they are less sticky).
12 inch ruler steel/acrylic. Pencil/eraser/sharpener.
Stapler.
